Blinds between the glass

Condensation or fogging
Try the towel test: wipe the glass on the inside, then on the outside. If the moisture wipes away, it is surface condensation caused by indoor humidity or outdoor conditions, not a window defect. Learn more: Windows in the winter: condensation and Reducing condensation.

Only fogging or moisture between the panes (you cannot wipe it away from either side) needs service.

Broken or cracked glass
Glass breakage is not covered by the warranty. Send us the details and photos below and we will send you a quote for replacement glass.
