Administrative Assistant/Office

Location: Franklin Park           Department:           Type: Full Time           Min. Experience: Entry Level

We are looking for someone positive and hardworking to join our Office Team in a full-time capacity.

The position we are hiring for is Administrative Assistant/Ordering Manager.

Responsibilities:

Answering the phone

Responding to email inquiries

Entering and sending quotes/order entry

Demonstrating products in the showroom

Scheduling Deliveries & Service Appointments

 

Requirements:

Excellent Phone manner/customer service

Well organized

Strong time-management skills

Computer literate (touch-typist preferred)

Team-Player

Bilingual is a plus
